How to Measure Your Chest to Find the Right Shirt Size

1. Get a measuring tape: Use a soft, flexible tape measure for accurate results.
2. Remove bulky clothing: Wear a light t-shirt or no shirt for best accuracy.
3. Measure around your chest: Wrap the tape around the fullest part of your chest, just under your armpits and across your shoulder blades. Keep the tape level and snug, but not tight.
4. Note the measurement in centimetres: Relax and breathe normally while measuring. Write down the number.
5. Check the size chart: Use the measurement to find your correct UK shirt size in the chart. For example, 100–101 cm = L (Large).
